Shipping Questions and Information
If you are a Wholesale or Retail Business, you can register a new account on the My Account page by clicking the registration link underneath the Login button. Be sure to have your Tax ID number ready! ezCBDwholesale is a Distributor of CBD products to Wholesale and Retail Businesses and does not offer the sale of products direct to consumer.
Once your account is activated, you will receive a Welcome Email to the email provided during registration – and that’s it! You’re now ready to place your first order.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours of being placed. You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order information and we will contact you if there are any issues with your order. We do our absolute best to achieve same-day shipping for in-stock orders received by 1pm EST.
Our warehouse is located in Tamarac, Florida.
ezCBDwholesale utilizes either UPS or USPS for all our shipping needs. Each carrier’s shipping options will be available for your choosing upon checkout. Adult Signature/Direct Signature Required may be required for your state – this service and/or fee cannot be waived as per State Law.
ezCBDwholesale follows each shipping carrier’s rules and guidelines when shipping CBD and hemp products. For more information, please see the rules and guidelines for each United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping options and pricing are calculated and available during the checkout process.
There are several different options with each postal carrier with expected transit times. Once the order has been packed, labeled, and shipped, the carrier estimates the expected transit days to deliver your package in accordance to the delivery option you selected.
For example: Mary’s CBD Store has selected the ‘USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping’ option during check-out. Once the package has left our warehouse and handed off to our local USPS facility, the carrier estimates the total transit time of 2 to 3 business days to be delivered to Mary’s CBD Store.
If you are experiencing delivery delays, please be sure to contact the shipping carrier directly and provide them your package’s tracking number for more information on the whereabouts of your order. Please keep in mind: weekends, holidays, natural disasters, or even human errors, may hinder or delay the delivery of your package.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen during shipping, please call the carrier immediately and report it using your tracking number. Next, file a police report. If you are a business with employees, it is extremely important that you file a police report so you can vouch for your business and the members who work there. Once you have obtained the following information, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on how to replace your product(s).
We currently do not offer international shipping, however may consider the possibility in the future.
